Grant Intake Readiness
Start Your Grant Request
A stronger grant application starts with a stronger foundation.
Most grant applications fail long before they are read — missing registrations, an unclear budget, outcomes that cannot be measured. This process begins by establishing where your organization actually stands, then tells you honestly what needs to be true before funding is worth pursuing.
The intake takes 20 to 40 minutes and saves as you go. A one-time $195 processing fee covers intake review, qualification, readiness analysis, gap identification and your consultation. It is invoiced after your submission is reviewed — no payment is collected during intake, and no card details are ever requested.

What this is not
This is not a contact form, and it is not a promise of funding.
No one can guarantee a grant award, and anyone who does should be treated with suspicion. What can be established is whether your organization is fundable today, what stands in the way, and what the realistic path forward looks like.
Our fees are for professional work performed. We do not charge a percentage of awarded funds, a commission, or a finder's fee — arrangements that most funders prohibit outright.
The Process
Eleven stages, in order
Each stage produces something you can act on. Nothing advances until the stage before it is genuinely complete.
- 01InquiryYou tell us what you are trying to fund.
- 02IntakeA structured review of your organization, project and documentation.
- 03Processing FeeA single administrative fee, invoiced after review.
- 04QualificationWhether a grant pathway realistically exists for you.
- 05ReadinessRegistrations, governance, financials and capacity, item by item.
- 06Opportunity ReviewWhich programs fit — and which do not.
- 07Gap IdentificationExactly what is missing, in writing.
- 08ConsultationA conversation about the findings, including when to wait.
- 09ProposalA defined scope and fee, only if the work is worth it.
- 10EngagementA signed agreement before anything begins.
- 11Grant DevelopmentThe application itself, built on a foundation that holds.
