Fees & Costs

Stated plainly, before you submit anything.

You should know exactly what you are paying, what it covers, and what it does not, before you begin.

One-Time Processing Fee

$195

A single, non-recurring administrative fee acknowledged when you submit your intake. It covers the work of reviewing your submission, qualifying your request, analyzing readiness, identifying gaps and preparing your consultation.

What it covers

  • Intake review and qualification
  • Organizational readiness analysis
  • Documentation gap identification
  • Opportunity fit review, or funding-category discussion if no opportunity is identified
  • Consultation on findings

What it does not cover

  • Grant writing, narrative development or application assembly
  • Budget construction or financial document preparation
  • Submission of an application on your behalf
  • Any third-party, government or vendor cost
The processing fee is an administrative fee. It does not guarantee eligibility, submission, award or funding, and it does not create a grant-writing engagement. Any grant development work is quoted separately and begins only under a signed agreement.

Professional Service Fees

Quoted by scope, never by award

Grant development is quoted as a defined scope of work with fixed or hourly professional fees. We do not charge commissions, contingency fees, percentage-of-award fees or finder’s fees. Those arrangements are prohibited or unallowable under many funding programs and create a conflict with your interests.

Professional fees are never charged as a grant expense unless the funding program explicitly allows it and you have approved that treatment.

Third-Party Costs

Never charged automatically, ever

Some grant pathways involve costs paid to someone other than us — registration filings, state charitable registration, audits, financial reviews, legal review, document retrieval, or application fees charged by a funder.

  • Every third-party cost is verified against the source before it is presented to you.
  • You receive the amount, the recipient, the purpose and the source in writing.
  • Nothing is incurred or charged to you without your explicit written approval.
  • We do not add markup to third-party costs.

Federal application fees

Federal grant applications submitted through official government systems generally do not charge an application fee. If a purported federal application fee appears in your request, it is held for internal review rather than passed to you, because it commonly indicates a misidentified program or a fraudulent solicitation.

Refunds

The processing fee covers work performed after submission. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed by the Terms of Service. If we determine before beginning review that we cannot assist you at all, the fee is not retained.
