Legal
Terms of Service
Version 1.0. These terms apply to your use of this intake and readiness review service.
Nature of the service
This service provides structured grant intake, qualification and organizational readiness review. It is an administrative and advisory service. It is not legal, accounting, tax, investment or audit advice, and it does not create an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship.
No guarantee of outcome
Submission of an intake does not guarantee eligibility for any funding program, submission of an application, acceptance by any funder, an award, or receipt of funds. Funding decisions are made solely by funders under their own criteria. We make no representation about the likelihood of a particular outcome.
Processing fee
A one-time processing fee of $195 applies to intake review, qualification, readiness analysis, gap identification and consultation. The fee is an administrative fee. It does not purchase grant writing, application assembly, submission, or any assurance of an outcome, and it does not itself create a grant-writing engagement. Fee terms version 1.0 applies. The amount in effect at your submission is recorded with your request.
If we determine before commencing review that we cannot assist you, the processing fee is not retained. Once review work has been performed, the fee covers that work.
Professional service fees
Grant development and related professional services are quoted separately as a defined scope of work and begin only under a signed agreement. We do not charge contingency fees, percentage-of-award fees, commissions or finder’s fees. Professional fees are not charged as a grant expense unless the funding program expressly permits it and you approve that treatment.
Third-party costs
Costs payable to parties other than us — including registration, filing, audit, review, legal and funder-charged fees — are your responsibility. No third-party cost is incurred or charged without verification against the source and your explicit written approval in advance. We do not apply markup to third-party costs. See Fees & Costs.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current information
- Hold the authority to submit information on behalf of your organization
- Maintain your own registrations, filings and good standing
- Review all materials before any submission to a funder
- Meet all funder deadlines and requirements
You are responsible for the accuracy of information certified in any application, including information we prepare from what you provide.
Confidentiality and permitted content
We treat your organizational information as confidential. Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment card data, bank credentials, protected health information or client-level personal records. Upload only documents you have the right to share.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from this service is limited to the fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, for funding not received, or for deadlines missed as a result of information not provided to us in time.
Communications
We may contact you about your request using the details you provide. Marketing communications are sent only with your opt-in consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are published with an updated version number and apply to submissions made afterwards. The version in effect at your submission is recorded with your intake.
