Accessibility Statement

A grant intake process is only useful if everyone who needs to complete it can. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance throughout.

Measures in place

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link on every page
  • Every form field has a visible, programmatically associated label
  • Errors are announced, described in text, and never conveyed by colour alone
  • Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on all interactive elements
  • Interactive targets sized for reliable touch and pointer use
  • Text contrast meeting or exceeding AA thresholds in both light and dark presentation
  • Motion reduced automatically when your system requests reduced motion
  • No time limits on completing the intake
  • Content that reflows to 320 pixels without loss of function

Known limitations

Documents you upload are your own files and may not themselves be accessible. Where a third-party component is introduced in future, we assess its conformance before adoption and record any limitation here.

Requesting assistance or an accommodation

If any part of this process is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will provide the information another way, including completing the intake with you directly.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is assessed as part of every change to the intake experience. This statement is reviewed when the intake changes materially.
